  • How do I add or remove a payment method from my XRSAPCE Account?

    Open XRSPACE App on your phone, go to “Settings” page and tap “Payment Methods” for editing.

    • Taiwan: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB credit cards issued from anywhere.

    • The rest of areas or regions: Use PayPal to pay within the Apps of XRSPACE MANOVA world.
  • If you bought an item by accident, how to cancel my app?

    Refund eligibility might vary by country or region. In countries and regions with consumer law protections, customers retain their rights under these protections. For more information about refund requests, contact XRSPACE Support Center.

  • How to request a refund for App Store purchases?

    If you have a problem with orders on App Store such as duplicated orders or the payment issue, please contact XRSPACE Support Center for further assistance.

  • How long refunds take?

    Refunds from XRSPACE are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid. Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 7~14 business days.
