    When new version is available for downloading, the system will automatically update it when you turn on your headset. 

    To ensure your system can automatically update it, make sure the following is met:

    • Make sure your headset is sufficiently charged, turned on, and connected to Wi-Fi.

    • Place your headset on a flat and stable location and do not move the device or block the internal sensor.

  • What do the colors of the status LED on the Headset mean?

    Your headset color state indication:

    • White: The device is turned on.

    • Green: The battery is charged.

    • Red blinking: The battery charge is low, please plug into a power charger.

    • Red: The battery is charging.

    • Blue: XRSPACE App is paired with the headset.

    • Yellow blinking: The headset is under FOTA process.

  • How to check the remaining storage on the Headset?

    If you cannot download app or transfer files to the headset, it may not have enough storage. 

    Check the remaining storage on the headset:

    • Turn on your headset and go to XRSPACE MANOVA world.

    • Select “Settings” in Main Menu.

    • Select “Storage” to check how much storage is available on your headset.

  • Why does my screen look blur?

    Check if you are correctly wearing your headset and remove the screen protector. When using your headset, it is not necessary to remove your glasses to watch videos.

    You can directly use our device to feel background music and vocal sounds. If you want to experience sound effects through headphones, you can use your preferred headphones* but your headphones must have a standard 3.5mm connector.

  • I cannot charge my Headset.

    To ensure your headset is in a good working condition, be sure to use the charger supplied with the box to charge your device. Please remember not to use your headset while charging it. 

    If you have trouble charging it, try the following steps:

    • During charging, make sure the charging cable is properly connected to your device. If you are not sure it is properly connected, disconnect the USB cable from your device and adaptor, and re-connect it.

    • Check if the LED indicator on your headset operates normally. If you are charging your device, it turns red; if the device is fully charged, it turns green. Learn more about What do the colors of the status LED on the Headset mean?

  • How to adjust the strap to fit my head?

    To adjust your strap quickly, pull the strap on the top of the headset, adjust the strap on both sides, and attach the hook-and-loop fastener. You do not have to remove your face foam to adjust your strap.

    If you see a black screen after opening an app or a game, press and hold the “Power" button for 3 seconds until the menu appears.  And then press "Volume" button to select restart option and use "Function" button to troubleshoot the problem.

  • What do the colors of the status LED on the Controller mean?

    Your controller color state indication:

    • White: The device is turned on.

    • White blinking: The controller is paired or turned on.

  • The Controller does not respond.

    If no actions are performed after 60 seconds, the controller will go into "Power Saving" mode. Please move your controller to resume operations.

    If you did not use the controller for a period of time (for example: tap the Track pad or press any button), the controller will go into "Sleep" mode. Press the “Action” or “Menu” button to resume operations.

    • To ensure the device is sufficiently charged, make sure it is turned off before placing it into the carry case.

    Clean your headset, lens, and controller:

    • Use the microfiber dry cloth or wet towel to clean them.

    • It is strictly forbidden to use any alcohol-based, abrasive detergents, scouring pads, metal brushes, or sandpaper to avoid damage to the device surface.

    *Note: It is very important to clean and maintain your headset. The warranty does not cover any wear and tear and customer induced damage.

  • How do I clean the face foam of my Headset?

    Based on your usage, you may clean the face foam after using your headset for several times.

    • Moisten a soft cloth or sponge with fresh water and let the cleaned areas dry naturally.

    • Do not wash with a water jet to avoid component failure caused by moisture.

  • What should I do if I need to repair or replace the Headset?

    Try to contact XRSPACE Support Center and provide the serial number of your device to help us identify if you need further support:

    • If your device is still in the warranty period and there is no customer induced damage, we will replace the device.
