  • How do I know my order is confirmed?

    After placing an order via our online store, you would receive an order email confirmation. You can check your order history on  XRSAPCE Online Store.

  • How to check the status of my order?

    Go to XRSAPCE Online Store, log into your account, find the order status under “Orders”.

  • How do I modify my order?

    If you need to make changes to your order details such as shipping address, please check your order status first, and go to XRSAPCE Online Store, click “Message” on the upper right hand corner to submit your request.

    Order status:

    • Open: Your order has been received but has not begun processing. Please send us a message.

    • Confirmed: Your items have shipped from XRSPACE’s warehouses.

    • Completed: Your items have been processed completely.

    • Cancelled: Your items have been cancelled, please try to place the order again.

    *Note: Modifications can only be made if your order status is open.

  • How to request a refund for XRSPACE Online Store purchases?
    • Authorized Distributors: Contact your original purchase store or E-shop for the help.

    • XRSPACE Online Store: Free return within 7 days* while you received the items. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified (i.e. your item must have in the same condition that you received it). If you have received defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the defect for verification. 
      *Note: Differ by areas.

    Kindly note that the refund policy is not applicable for XRSPACE MANOVA dev kit.

  • How long refunds take?

    Once XRSPACE checked the item is still in its original condition, the refunds from XRSPACE are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid. Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 7~14 business days.

    *If it takes longer, contact your bank or carrier to check the status.

  • What do I do if I lost my invoice?

    Go to XRSAPCE Online Store, check your order history. You can either check the order confirmation email. Please submit your request if needed.

  • How long is the warranty period?

    Hardware Warranty (12 Months Limited Warranty)

    The hardware product is warranted against defects in materials and malfunctions for a period of 12 Months from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). You cannot sell or transfer a part or all of the limited warranty to anyone else.

    Important!! XRSPACE may restrict warranty service for products to the country or region where XRSPACE or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

  • How do I claim on my warranty If I’ve lost the receipt or invoice?

    The receipt is your proof of purchase and is required to make a claim on your warranty. If you don’t have a receipt or an invoice, and needs to make a claim, there are other ways to show proof of where you made the purchase. These include:

    • Serial number

    • Copy or photograph of the receipt

    • Purchased account

    Sometimes you may need to provide more than one of these things to support your claim to XRSPACE Support Center.
