  • How many devices can I install apps?

    All your paid apps can be used on only one device.

    If you have been factory reset your device, please log into the same account used to purchase and re-install.

  • How to uninstall apps on XRSPACE MANOVA World?

    You can uninstall apps you've installed on Apps. If you remove an app you paid for, you can reinstall it later without buying it again.   

    Uninstall from the “Settings”

    1. Go to XRSPACE MANOVA world, open “Main Menu”, and select “Settings”.

    2. Click ”Storage” and look for the app you want to delete.

    3. Tap “Uninstall”.

    1. Go to XRSPACE MANOVA world, open “Main Menu”, and select “Apps”.

    2. Look for the app you want to delete, tap “Uninstall”.

  • Where can I find my apps on XRSPACE MANOVA World?

    Go to XRSPACE MANOVA world, open “Main Menu”.

    Click “Apps” for looking to the apps you purchased or installed.

  • How to download the latest version of apps?

    Go to XRSPACE MANOVA world, open “Main Menu”.

    Click “Apps” for downloading the latest version of the app.

    Open XRSPACE App on your phone, go to “Settings” page and tap “Payment Methods” for editing.

    • The rest of areas or regions: Use PayPal to pay within the Apps of XRSPACE MANOVA world.

  • If you bought an item by accident, how to cancel my app?

    If you bought an item by mistake, check the app content before purchasing to prevent unintentional purchases in the future.  

    *Note: Refund eligibility might vary by country or region. In countries and regions with consumer law protections, customers retain their rights under these protections.

  • How to request a refund for App Store purchases?

    If you have a problem with orders on App Store such as duplicated orders or the payment issue, please contact XRSPACE Support Center for further assistance.

  • How long refunds take?

    Refunds from XRSPACE are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid. Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 7~14 business days.

    *Note: If it takes longer, contact your bank or carrier to check the status.
