What should I do if I need to repair or replace the Headset?

Please contact XRSPACE Support Center for the repair service.

You are required to provide a serial number and a valid receipt or invoice with the date of purchase to process warranty claims. If the consumer cannot provide valid proof of purchase, the warranty date will be calculated from the date of manufacture according to the serial number on the product.

  • If your device is still in the warranty period and there is no customer induced damage, we will replace the device.

  • If your device does not meet the warranty conditions, we will provide a more suitable repair method or solution.
