What should I do if I need to repair or replace the Headset?
Try to contact XRSPACE Support Center and provide the serial number of your device to help us identify if you need further support:
If your device is still in the warranty period and there is no customer induced damage, we will replace the device.
If your device does not meet the warranty conditions, we will provide a more suitable repair method or solution.
