What should I do if I need to repair or replace the Headset?

Try to contact XRSPACE Support Center and provide the serial number of your device to help us identify if you need further support:

  • If your device is still in the warranty period and there is no customer induced damage, we will replace the device.

  • If your device does not meet the warranty conditions, we will provide a more suitable repair method or solution.
