I cannot charge my Headset.

To ensure your headset is in a good working condition, be sure to use the charger supplied with the box to charge your device. Please remember not to use your headset while charging it. 

If you have trouble charging it, try the following steps:

  • During charging, make sure the charging cable is properly connected to your device. If you are not sure it is properly connected, disconnect the USB cable from your device and adaptor, and re-connect it.

  • Check if the LED indicator on your headset operates normally. If you are charging your device, it turns red; if the device is fully charged, it turns green. Learn more about What do the colors of the status LED on the Headset mean?
