I'm having trouble connecting or pairing the Controller.

If you have trouble connecting or pairing with the controller by using XRSPACE App, please try the following actions:

Solution

My phone cannot find the controller

  • Long press and hold “Action” and “Menu” buttons and check if the indicator on the controller is flashing white.

  • Remove the battery and re-install them into the controller.

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on phone.

  • Stay close to your controller, go back to the previous page on XRSPACE App, and try to search for it again.

  • Restart XRSPACE App and then long press “Action” and “Menu” buttons to start pairing.

Failed to pair

  • Make sure you only pair with one controller.

  • Restart XRSPACE App and then long press “Action” and “Menu” buttons to start pairing.


*If the problem still persists after following the above steps, contact XRSPACE Support Center for further assistance.
