What should I do if I failed to create an account?

Make sure the following is met:

  1. The password must contain 8 case-sensitive alphanumeric characters at least (for example: Abc12345).

  2. This account has never been created.

  3. A valid email address must be entered.

If the problem still persists, contact XRSPACE Support Center for further assistance.
