My phone cannot find the device

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on phone and try to turn it off then on again.

Stay close to your headset, go back to the previous page on XRSPACE App, and try to search for it again.

Restart XRSPACE App, and find it under “Settings” → "Pair headset, controller, tracker" to try to pair with it again.

Restart the headset and try to pair with it again.

Failed to pair and connect

Check if six-digit number displayed on your headset is entered correctly.

Make sure you only pair with one headset.
