I cannot pair with the Headset.

If you're experiencing issues pairing with the headset using XRSPACE App, please try the following actions:

Solution

My phone cannot find the device

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on phone.

  • Stay close to your headset, go back to the previous page on XRSPACE App, and try to search for it again.

  • Restart XRSPACE App, and find it under “Settings” → "Pair headset, controller, tracker" to try to pair with it again.

  • Restart the headset and try to pair with it again.

Failed to pair and connect

  • Check if six-digit number displayed on your headset is entered correctly.

  • Make sure you only pair with one headset.

  • Restart XRSPACE App, and find it under “Settings” → "Pair headset, controller, tracker" to try to pair with it again.

  • Restart the headset and try to pair with it again.

*If the problem still persists after following the above steps, contact XRSPACE Support Center for further assistance.
